I wasn't as adamant about taking pictures the last couple of days as I have been, but we have tried to keep busy this week! Here's a little breakdown of all we've had going on recently. We have stayed inside most of the time. The only time I've left the entire week was to get groceries. We are trying our hardest to stay healthy during this trying time! It has been difficult and last night I could feel myself kind of crumbling. It feels tough to not have anything to "look forward to" so to speak. It was a Friday night and there was no thought as to "Where are we all going to eat as a family?" Or "Want to call anyone to hang out?" It has been exhausting feeling confined and trying to keep the kids busy. How are you handling the isolation? I am grateful for the somewhat safety I feel keeping the kids home. It was Day 2 of our "Homeschool" due to being quarantined. We are keeping up with our routine. It's hard for me to just live the day to day without having some kind of purpose and as frightening and scary as the world is right now, I have to say I'm grateful for this, no matter how crazy it feels, because I feel like I have something to look forward to and work towards. I love researching new, fun ideas for the kids to do and organizing CLA bags and learning together. We have learned so much the past couple of days- Did you know snails have the most teeth out of any animal? T-rex had 50 sharp teeth.. Giraffes don't have any top teeth on the front! The kids are loving these random facts! So, just like any day, from 7:00AM-9:00AM, we had breakfast and got dressed. But of course, today was St. Patty's Day, so we did all things lucky and green!
